It was just ridiculous Soundwave thought as he walked quietly through the halls of the Autobot warship. He had deployed Laserbeak to attract attention while he broke into the ship's brig with a clear objective. Megatron had given him orders to spring his Second in Command from Autobot captivity. And he simply could not defy his lord's orders. How Starscream was stupid enough to get himself captured in the first place, Soundwave did not know. Upon reaching the reenforced cell doors he paused. Perhaps he would just wait a moment longer to let the seeker stew? With that he began hacking into the security system and within moments the door hissed open.

Quietly, Soundwave took a step in, glancing around empty cells until his eyes fell upon the huddled figure of Starscream in the furthest chamber. As he approached, he was surprised by the lack of snide comments. He stood quietly on the other side of the bars.

"Starscream: imbecile."
